Return and Refund Policy

At bellenosho, operated by PRIMAVONNA, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

In addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, bellenosho offers a voluntary return period for eligible products. Eligible return requests may generally be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under our voluntary return policy, an item must generally be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
• In substantially the same condition in which it was received;
• Returned with original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging where supplied; and
• Accompanied by the order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

For apparel, trying an item on solely to determine fit does not by itself make the item used, provided the item remains clean, undamaged, and is not worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine fit.

For consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, any reduction in refund value due to handling will apply only where permitted by applicable law and only to the extent that the handling exceeds what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2. How to Request a Return

Please provide:

• Your full name;
• Your order number;
• The item or items you wish to return;
• The reason for the return; and
• For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, clear photographs or video where reasonably available.

We will review your request and provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Please do not send products to our published business address, the address printed on the original parcel, or any other address unless we specifically provide or authorize that address for your return.

Products sent to an unauthorized address may result in delays and, where permitted by law, may be refused.

After receiving return instructions, please send the applicable return within the timeframe stated in those instructions.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy after any statutory withdrawal period has expired, we generally require the approved return to be shipped within 14 calendar days after return authorization.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until the return and refund have been completed.

3. 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

Subject to the exclusions and conditions in this Policy, bellenosho provides customers with a voluntary return period of up to 30 calendar days after delivery.

This voluntary return policy is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, statutory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, warranty, or refund rights that may apply under local law.

For EU/EEA consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 4 applies independently of this voluntary policy.

After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, returns made under our voluntary return policy are subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in this Policy.

4. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and European Union or European Economic Area consumer law applies to your purchase, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

For most purchases of goods, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods, subject to applicable law and legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Goods After Withdrawal

Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, you must return the goods without undue delay and generally no later than 14 calendar days after informing us of your decision to withdraw, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds Following Statutory Withdrawal

Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments as required by applicable law.

For a withdrawal covering the entire eligible order, this may include the cost of standard delivery originally offered by us, where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost above the standard delivery rate unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise and no additional fees are imposed on you as a result.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where applicable law permits this and you were properly informed of this responsibility.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, different legal rights and cost rules may apply.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made under our voluntary return policy, responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If we confirm that an item:

• Arrived damaged;
• Is defective;
• Is materially different from its description; or
• Is different from the item you ordered,

bellenosho will provide an appropriate remedy and, where a return is required, will cover reasonable authorized return shipping costs as required by applicable law.

We may provide a prepaid return label or another written return solution.

Please do not purchase return postage before receiving our instructions if you expect us to cover the cost, unless we have authorized the expense in writing.

Preference-Based Returns

For voluntary returns based on personal preference, including:

• Change of mind;
• Ordering the wrong size;
• Ordering the wrong color;
• Fit concerns; or
• No longer wanting the product,

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You may generally use a reasonably secure, trackable postal or courier service unless our return instructions specify another method.

Other Return Costs

Approved returns are not subject to a separate restocking fee.

We generally do not reimburse:

• Unauthorized return postage;
• Premium or expedited return shipping chosen by the customer;
• Additional packaging costs; or
• Other expenses not approved by us,

unless reimbursement is required by applicable law or the expense resulted from our confirmed error.

6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged;
• Defective;
• Incorrect;
• Incomplete; or
• Missing from your order,

Please provide your order number and, where reasonably available, photographs or video showing the item, packaging, shipping label, or relevant issue.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as:

• Repair, where appropriate;
• Replacement;
• Refund;
• Price reduction; or
• Another remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in this 30-day Policy limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

EU Legal Guarantee

Where EU consumer law applies, consumers benefit from a legal guarantee for goods that are defective, do not work as advertised, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

This legal guarantee generally provides at least two years of protection from delivery, subject to applicable national law.

These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, certain products may not be eligible for return under our voluntary return policy, including:

• Gift cards;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Made-to-order products;
• Products clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase, to the extent permitted by law;
• Products that have been materially worn, washed, altered, damaged, or misused after delivery;
• Products missing original tags where removal of the tags makes the product unsuitable for resale under our voluntary policy;
• Sealed personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products after the seal has been broken, where the product is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons;
• Sealed underwear, swimwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive goods where the protective seal or hygiene protection has been removed and applicable law permits exclusion;
• Perishable goods where applicable;
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or products that cannot lawfully or safely be returned by ordinary shipping methods; and
• Other products excluded from withdrawal or return rights under applicable law.

A product being marked “Final Sale” does not eliminate any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Discounted, promotional, or sale-priced products remain eligible for our voluntary return policy unless they were clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase and that exclusion is permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights regardless of any Final Sale designation.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change.

For preference-based changes such as size, color, or style, the most reliable option is generally to:

1. Request a return for the eligible original item; and
2. Place a new order for the preferred item.

If we sent you an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us before placing another order so we can determine the appropriate remedy.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or fulfillment has begun.

If the order has already shipped, the applicable return procedure and your statutory consumer rights will apply.

If bellenosho cancels an order before shipment after payment has already been collected, the cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable law.

10. Return Inspection and Refunds

When we receive a return, we may inspect the product to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.

We will notify you when the return has been reviewed.

Voluntary 30-Day Returns

For approved returns made under our voluntary return policy outside an applicable statutory withdrawal procedure, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Your bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, Shopify payment provider, or other payment service provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed after we confirmed that your voluntary return refund was approved, please contact:

Statutory Refunds

Where a statutory withdrawal, refund, legal guarantee, or other mandatory consumer right applies, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by the applicable law rather than any longer timeframe stated in our voluntary return policy.

11. Refund Amount

For an approved voluntary return, the refund generally covers the amount paid for the accepted returned product, including any product-related taxes that must be refunded under applicable law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary preference-based returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, unless:

• Our Shipping Policy expressly provides otherwise;
• The return resulted from our error; or
• Applicable law requires the shipping charge to be refunded.

For a valid EU/EEA statutory withdrawal covering an entire eligible order, standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable law.

A reduction in refund value may apply only where permitted by applicable law, including where the customer has handled the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

12. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Depending on your place of residence and the laws applicable to your purchase, you may have additional or more favorable rights concerning:

• Withdrawal;
• Cancellation;
• Returns;
• Refunds;
• Defective or non-conforming products;
• Legal guarantees;
• Product warranties; or
• Other consumer remedies.

Where mandatory law provides more favorable rights than this Policy, the mandatory law will apply.
